- Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Organizational Development from an institute of repute, At least 15 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations Exposure of working with a large geographically dispersed organisation.
- Chief Digital Officer (in the rank of GM)
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks. OR B.Sc. and MCA from a recognised University/ Institute. MCAs should have done a course in computer organisation and Design/ Architecture. Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference. OR Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with specialisation in Marketing & Finance should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, etc.
