    • Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Organizational Development from an institute of repute, At least 15 years of post-qualification work experience in the field of Organizational Development, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations Exposure of working with a large geographically dispersed organisation.
      • Age Limit : (as on 01.01.2017) : 40 – 50Years
  • Chief Digital Officer (in the rank of GM) 
    • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science and Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognised University/Institute with minimum 60% & above marks. OR B.Sc. and MCA from a recognised University/ Institute. MCAs should have done a course in computer organisation and Design/ Architecture. Post Graduation or higher qualifications in areas relevant to the role will be given preference. OR Graduate and MBA/PGDBM with specialisation in Marketing & Finance should have associated with Digital Transformation, Digital Innovation, etc.
      • Age Limit: 35 –48Years
  • AGM (Economist): 
    • Minimum Graduation And Membership of Institute of Companies secretaries of India
      • Age Limit: 35 – 50 years
  • AGM (Company Secretary)
    • Post Graduation in Economics with monetary/ financial economics/ statistics/ econometrics as subjects, from an Indian /Foreign University duly recognised by Govt. of India or other regulatory bodies. Doctoral Degree in these subjects and/or relevant published work/research papers will be an added advantage.
